Who I am

I am a landscape architect from the province of Ravenna, currently a PhD candidate in Architecture. History and Project at the Politecnico di Torino. My research is supported by a scholarship in collaboration with Tsinghua University in Beijing, as part of the Transnational Architectural Models in a Globalized World program. I am also a member of China Room, an interdisciplinary research group at the Politecnico di Torino that explores the transformations of contemporary Chinese cities and territories through architecture, urbanism, and policy analysis.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Design and a Master's in Landscape Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano. During my studies, I spent a semester at Tongji University in Shanghai, an experience that deepened my interest in the relationship between architecture, globalization, and cultural exchange, particularly in the context of China. I later expanded on this focus through a research fellowship at the Politecnico di Milano, where I collaborated with academic institutions such as BUCEA University in Beijing, Universidad Cardenal Herrera in Valencia, Politechnika Krakowska, and George Brown College in Toronto.

Beyond academia, I am passionate about the ways in which speculative narratives—ranging from literature to film and digital media—contribute to shaping architectural discourse. My research is driven by an interdisciplinary approach, blending architecture, urban studies, and media theory to critically examine how future cities are imagined and represented.
